International Yoga Day, 2026.
International Yoga Day was observed by our branch in association with educational institutions including Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology ( Kalyani Unit)/ general public at scattered locations namely; Kalyani, Mahanad, Dwarbasini, Simlagarh, Dumurdaha, Kamarpara, Guptipara, Khamargachhi, Mogra of three development block of Hooghly district.
Students both boys and girls, Teachers, Guardians, Social activists,& people from various walks of life including women participated enthusiastically in the event.
Our Secretary Sri Saibal chandra Mondal himself is a distinguished Yoga Teacher, who was the chief co-ordinator of the program. Along with him Yoga Trainer Ms/s. Soma Paul, Sanchaita Das,Gita Das Sarkar,and Rina Pramanik also conducted the training meticulously according to the guide lines prescribed by the ministry of Ayush ( Govt. of India). Approximate number of participants at each place appeared to have been 250 to 300, so far our visual estimation goes.
Above all the event turned out to be a grand success.
