The above Program was organised under the auspices of BVP, Hooghly branch by the courtesy of BVP, Kolkata south branch at around 10 AM.
Veteran BVP’ian Sri.Suprabhat Kr.Bose alongwith Branch PST/ guests/ members/ activists from rural areas of Pandua/ Balagarh/ Polba development block of Hooghly district were present. Veteran Sri.Bose narrated in brief, the history of BVP’s inception in the context of Indo–China war 1962 , which called for rejuvenation of our national integration.
Vandematram was presented. Members shared their views on social service/ Seva/ & need of such activities to strengthen ” Sampark, Sahajog “. Branch Secretary Sri Saibal chandra Mondal called members to extend co-operation so that such activities/ Seva can be spread over in other areas of the district.
All total 60 recipients were given MOTKA & Sugar. Branch President Ms.Soma Paul expressed vote of thanks. The event was concluded at 11 -30 AM. chanting national anthem.
