Above Documents Must submit Prant Before 30^th June

6. Affiliation Fees – Rs. 150/-
7.Centre & State Share – Rs. 600/- Per member
8. Minimum Members in a Branch is – 40
9. Minimum Membership Fees Rs. 2000/-
10. Take proper bills for expenses – No cash payment above Rs. 5000/-
11. Prepare Proper accounts in prescribed format.
12. Prepare budget at the start of financial year and get approved from Executive Committee.
13. All expenditure approved in Executive Meeting with proper narrative in respective minutes.
14. Take only Contribution from members in account – Other all receipts are Taxable @ 40 %
15. File Income tax return- ITR 5 – Income other then membership by 31^st August.
